I put a lot of thought into how to present each house to appeal to the market we are targeting. Then I put an equal amount of passion into transforming each one into something totally desirable. After all, the success of my business depends on your successful sale.

Here are some Before and Afters of different areas in properties I've staged. I've chosen some that were totally vacant and  some in which we removed the furnishings and completely refurnished with my inventory. Others were occupied by the owners and we restyled, using their furniture.

You can see that some  properties are in lower price ranges and some are luxury. I do all levels of asking prices. 

Every seller deserves the best price for your property, no matter the price point. For most of us, it's our biggest asset.
