Staged retirement units: Newlands, Cape Town

Several units in this Cape Town retirement block were in need of quick sales or rentals, so we stepped in to create an inviting space. Using soft velvets, boucle chairs, light blond woods, and charming antique rugs, we designed interiors that felt both stylish and cozy. The management loved the look so much, they decided to purchase the furnishings! Not long after staging, the units were rented out.
