Many of my clients are overseas and buying property in Cape Town for investment purposes. Even with extreme time differences - in this case we only had one hour which worked for both of us - the decorating process went smoothly.

This large two-bed is on the top floor of a new build, with views towards Table Mountain and the sea. We gave it a very organic feel, but included some bright art and throws. I like to be a bit bold when decorating Airbnbs - it makes them more memorable to guests who are scrolling.

Shortly after launching, the apartment got its first booking and is going from strength to strength.
