Agents know home home staging can influence a sale and result in a quick sale. I’m going to suggest a few things that will make it easier for you to ‘sell’ home staging to your client.

  • When you appraise, include a consult with me as part of the deal. This means you would use a small portion of the money you spend on marketing for home staging.

  • If you want to go one step further, offer to share the staging costs with your client as soon as the deal goes through.

  • And if you really want to impress your clients, offer to reimburse the entire home staging cost in exchange for a higher commission or a longer mandate.
