Agents know home home staging can influence a sale and result in a quick sale. I’m going to suggest a few things that will make it easier for you to ‘sell’ home staging to your client.
When you appraise, include a consult with me as part of the deal. This means you would use a small portion of the money you spend on marketing for home staging.
If you want to go one step further, offer to share the staging costs with your client as soon as the deal goes through.
And if you really want to impress your clients, offer to reimburse the entire home staging cost in exchange for a higher commission or a longer mandate.
