The owner had been renting out the apartment long-term for a poor return and wanted to see if short-term rental was more lucrative. We restyled the apartament on a tight budget, in a record 8 days.

It's constantly booked up.

I'm making much more money than I was when I was renting long term. I'm so glad I did this. Thank you so much! It's beautiful.

The Canadian investor wanted this furnished in time for the summer Airbnb season. We painted and furnished it to his taste. It's already booked up through December.
