The owner had been renting out the apartment long-term for a poor return and wanted to see if short-term rental was more lucrative. We restyled the apartament on a tight budget, in a record 8 days.

We sourced the pre-loved sofa, chair, dining suite and coffee table. Some items came from my home staging inventory, at a reduced price; and some things were bought new.

I'm definitely making much more money than I was when I was renting long term. I'm so glad I did this. Thank you so much! It's beautiful.

The owner lives abroad and his tenant had left. He wanted to sell, but do short-term lets in the meantime. He had all the basics; I added scatters, throws, art, plants and other items from my inventory.
